PATHETIC PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I bought a pair from new arrivals on 13th of June for my fiancé from Packages outlet.
She wore this once on 16th June in hospital as she’s a doctor by profession.
The sole has started tethering already.
Today, on 19th June I went back to them to claim this and the customer service was AWFUL.
There was manager over there and he told me that they entertain claims only about stitching faults. WHAT A JOKE.
On inquiring owner’s contact, he didn’t cooperate. The manager and salesman even misbehaved to the very extent.
I kept my cool and left.
But this is such a disgrace.
They are probably selling expired articles after tempering manufacturing dates.
I and my family are a regular wearer of Skechers and we never ever faced this before. This was our first experience from Packages outlet and my 40k pkr are all to a waste.
I seriously need either my money back or a fresh pair otherwise I’m going to approach legally through my lawyer. My hard earned money isn’t for experiences like this.
